"The room was not that clean. The ice bucket had what looked like food, or worse, on the outside. The carpet did not seem clean and I didn't want to walk on it without shoes."

"The hotel is in a great location close to the park entrance. There was plenty of parking although the lot is small and it would be difficult for oversized vehicles. The room was very clean and looked like the photos. The A/C in the room struggled to keep the room cool. We are typically cold people so it didn’t bother us at all but if you like to be in a chilled room this might not be the spot for you. The room had everything we needed besides a microwave. We realized there was one in the lobby in a closet as we were leaving. The lobby had a water filling station too so that was nice! We would stay there again."

"This is one of the main hotels in Bryce Canyon City, but there was nothing pleasant about our stay. The bathroom was constantly clogged, the room smelled bad, and the parking was inconvenient. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that we could barely sleep at night. We couldn’t use the restroom without worrying about it clogging. Staff came to fix the issue, but it was never actually resolved. After someone entered our room with a plunger, no one returned to properly clean the bathroom. The water still would not drain, which was disgusting. I reported all of this to the front desk during checkout, but no compensation was offered. I would not recommend staying here."

"The room was not clean. There was hair in the shower and stains on the bed sheets. The room was also very noisy — I could hear guests upstairs walking around at all hours. I contacted the staff about the issue, but they were not very helpful. Breakfast was just okay, with very limited options, so we ended up stopping at coffee shops in Moab instead."

"The property is under construction, so that made it a little awkward to get around. The staff were lovely & friendly, & helpful too. We had 2 queens & the first one we picked bowed like a V in the center & should be replaced. We moved over to the second bed & it was fine. Great breakfast. It will be very nice again once they finish construction. I will say again that the staff were great—even in the midst of the construction challenges."
