"I did not see in reservation there was a charge for a pet only that you were pet friendly . I would like a refund for my pet who was a perfect guest . I also have not received my deposit refund. I would like it as soon as possible."

"This place was directly adjacent to Zion, which was great. It was next to shops (coffee, groceries, rentals). It was quiet and beautiful, surrounded by mountains. Our only criticism is the lack of signage for the individual suites. We arrived after dark and unlit room numbers and signs made it difficult to find our room or building. There is no luggage assistance or elevators so be aware if you are on second floor."
