"We didn't know what to expect, and we were blown away with everything about Ofland Excalante! Even though we only stayed one night, we took advantage of the pool, hot tub, free coffee and snacks, food truck, and drive in movie. There was a great supply of beverages, and snacks for purchase in the lobby. We were a bit nervous about not having a bathroom in our Airstream, but the bathroom/shower facilities were truly spa level and we loved the pampering they provided. We'll be back!!"

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The first room we were assigned had an overpowering artificial fragrance smell, as if air freshener had been sprayed repeatedly to cover something up. It was so strong that we had to leave the door open just to tolerate being inside the room. After calling the front desk, we were moved to another room, but unfortunately that room also had a strong fragrance smell as well. For the price — nearly $300 per night — this property felt more comparable to a basic budget motel than a quality hotel experience. The rooms were underwhelming, the atmosphere felt like a tourist trap, and the value simply was not there. We expected much better for the cost and would not stay here again"
