"The 3 staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. From check-in, concierge, and maintenance; all were very sincere and made us feel very welcome. We did not order breakfast so we’re unable to comment on that. We stayed at this Sheraton to see Paul McCartney at the TD Coliseum and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Hamilton! "

"Room was spotless. Smaller than I expected but it had everything in it I needed. My only complaint was the parking lot was tiny so we had to park at a nearby garage for an higher fee (I was told parking lot and parking ramp were same price, they were not. It’s always a nice perk to have free Breakfast when out and about. "

"This is a wonderful historic hotel that has been beautifully modernized. Our room was spacious with inspired decor. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We loved our stay at the Walper. The breakfast is no longer free, but it's very good. As was dinner at the hotel's TWH. Pricey, but what restaurant isn't these days?"
