"This is a great hotel. We booked it last minute as we were not expecting to stay in Kitchener, but it was an outstanding addition to our trip. The hotel is great. I can’t speak to the location (again as we were just passing through) but the grounds were well maintained. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking isn’t included, so that was the only drawback. Attached to the same building (right around the corner) is a cute little coffee shop. But I would highly recommend to anyone."
