"Room was comfortable and clean; however you hear everything. During our stay a bunch of kids were running down the hallways screaming until very late and no one from the staff did anything. Breakfast was good but ridiculous system of needing vouchers that somehow were never given to us at check-in. I was creeped out by the patio door that only had a bar sealing it but no working lock. Had a clean pool that was very useful for our daughter."

"Very polite & knowledgeable staff at front desk. Room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast while sitting outside over looking Lake Ontario was a great way to start the day. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely book another stay."
