"Check-in was very quick since I did pre-check-in online.
When the room either next door to us turns on the water in the bath, it sounds like an alarm in our room.
There is brown stuff all over the floor behind the toilet.
The vent in the bathroom ceiling has a broken cover so it's just a gaping moldy hole.
The water pressure in the shower is excellent.
The bed is very firm.
The breakfast was good but would like black tea that isn't earl grey (English breakfast would be good)
All surfaces needed to be cleaned.
Giving us a bag of ice due to the ice machine not working was very nice.
Staff was very nice.

"This terrible review is no reflection on Expedia, but on the property and its management. When I went to retrieve my ID for check-in, I realized that it had not been returned to me when I rented my car. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday evening and I was two states away from the car rental place, so there was no way I could contact them.
The hotel would not let me stay there, they would not accept a picture of my drivers license. They said I had to have physical ID, I had multiple credit cards a Costco card with my picture on it, my checkbook, etc., so that I could prove who I was but they wouldn’t accept any of it. I was traveling with my three girls and had no place to stay with them at that point, our only option was to stay in the car.
I have stayed at Hampton Inn and other Hilton properties, and am a Hilton honors rewards member so they also have me in their system, but that didn’t matter, they would not make any exceptions. They would not refund the cost of the room, and Expedia tried on my behalf to get them to at least refund that money, and they would not."
"Breakfast was basic. Coffee was weak. We ate out on 2nd day.
The room was obviously old and worn but that didn’t bother me as much as the pull out couch. The last tenant’s sheets and blanket were still wadded up inside. Gross. So that only made me wonder what else was unchanged in room.
Lastly, my kids were excited about the pool, however the pool was freezing cold and the tile floor around pool was extra slippery when wet. Making me constantly fear for my toddler to slip.We didn’t go back. We were happy to leave after our two night stay."
"It's too stringent on the time frame that we can cancel the booking. My stay should have been on March 6th, but the deadline for cancelation with full refund is March 1st. I tried explaining that i booked this trip for my daughter's gymnastic competition, but my daughter got hurt/ injury on March 4th. When i tried to contact someone about the situation, i was only able to talk to AI system, not live person. That led to us unable to cancel with at least some refund. I was charged that night of stay without being there..."
