"This is a beautiful property but aimed more at business travelers there for a conference than for individuals. The restaurants are pricey and there are no microwave ovens in the rooms or anywhere that I could find."

"The man who checked us in at this property was incredibly kind and personable. We immediately felt welcomed even arriving late in the evening past midnight. The room was quiet and I slept better than I have at any hotel before, and we travel all the time. The bathroom door had something on it that was unclean and sticky looking. The rest of the room looked fantastic. I would most certainly stay again."

"The pictures make it seem nicer than it is. Very outdated and run down. The beds seemed like they were broken. I was afraid to move to much. Not very clean. The breakfast was terrible, everything was undercooked and there wasn’t many options. "

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked because they said they had a pool and were pet friendly. When I got a check in alert right before my stay (after I had the ability to cancel for free) it said no pets were allowed. I tried to call the property directly to clarify and no one picked up. When I got there, the staff said I could have brought my dog but the pool was out of order. I tried to cancel and they said they’d charge $80 for cancelling last minute. I said that wasn’t reasonable because it wasn’t my fault that I’d been mislead in multiple instances about the amenities. Ashley, the manager, was extraordinarily unhelpful and told me to email the owner because she was unwilling to do anything to help. I emailed the owner, they have not responded and it’s been a week. I will never even try to stay here again and I’m not surprised the rest of their reviews are absolutely terrible."

"The staff were pleasant and handle questions and concerns withrespect and some pleasantries. The room was spacious, clean, however the toddler running around made it hard with elephant footsteps. Staff was able to handle that issue quickly. Stay was pleasant."
