"The room was clean. Staff was helpful. City view was great. The room was not in best conditions (tears and cracks viewable). Some odd small stains on walls and door. But the overall service and cleanliness were good."

"Stayed here multiple times. Love the location. 2nd elevator was not working. No coffee pot in the room and no room service were not good."

"The room Air conditioner was not efficient. The room was too warm. Thermostat was not controlling the appropriate temp. Staff said that the lack of cool air was because chillers were not on. "

"Excellent staff! Close to the airport, within walking distance to SeaTac and the Light Rail. There is a shuttle as well to the airport. "
