"My stay was terrible from beginning until the end. I checked in around 11:30 pm. When I first entered my room I noticed a strange loud smell. It was hot and smelled like sufler, cigarettes, etc. I turned on the air to break the heat and the air from the air conditioner blew out funk. I noticed my bed spreads was not clean and my pillows had little hairs all over them. The pillow cases, sheets, towels, wash clothes, were all worn and stained. The sink, toilet, tub, and floors were half swept and...

"The check in was a breeze, the staff were pleasant. There was a pool, looked very clean but I didn't use. The property outside was maintained and kept up well and good in good shape. Then I got into my room, although beds were made there were some serious problems. The room had cockroaches, due to my scheduling during my stay was unable to re-room. Now, although I didn't receive daily cleaning...I would've asked for that regardless. I really hope these cockroaches didn't come home with me."
