"We didn’t enjoy the pool since it was a bit chilly but the hotel was so nice and clean. There was gelato in the lobby which we definitely took advantage of. We walked to Universal Studios everyday (0.8 miles I think)."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very smooth check in process, and the hotel room was clean. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. They also have a free shuttle service to the Universal theme parks (reservations required)."

"Room was clean. Check in was so easy. Although our room was a little bit of a walk from the main lobby everything was a great. Beautiful hotel. Easy transportation on the boat to city walk. Security was very easy to go through also and very convenient being right at the hotel. "

"Waffles and muffins was only breakfast available our first morning. There was bread for toasting and some fresh fruit added the second morning. Parking was free and it was great to park near the elevator. The room was clean and had been recently renovated. There were several other rooms being refurbished also. Mario at front desk said new owners are making a lot of improvements."
