Southwest Orlando hotel rooms a the Universal Orlando Resort

"This was my second stay the rooms were updated and clean the pool was accessible the grounds were safe and clean. The included breakfast was decent. The lobby was festive and decorated for the holidays and every desk manager that I encountered was top tier polite respectful and friendly helpful! Location is prime right off of a main thoroughfare if other interests should arise. Will definitely stay again when we return to Orlando."

"Although we had to change rooms during our salary (due to our shower leaking onto another floor) we LOVED this resort. We stayed 12/21-12/26) weather was perfect, high 70’s all week. Would definitely recommend and definitely will be back. The convenience of hopping on the bus (which runs quite frequently) was huge! "
