"Everything was perfect. The only thing that we didn't like was the hostess at the Strong Water bar was rude both nights we stayed. I thought maybe she was having a bad day so Friday I left it go. But Saturday was the same. If you are going to eat their I suggest making a reservation ."

"Hotel should provide bread with bagels. For those staying 5-7 days, bagels everyday is not fun. Also, shuttle is very limited, only one to universal and return one is at 5pm when park closes at 8pm or 9pm"
