"The TV didn't work - we only got 2 towels no hand towels no wash clothes, pool was gross. Windows were gross and noisy - water was in bathroom sink was scalding hot - fear for small children - Was a double charged for the same room"

"Upon arrival and walking into the indoor arboretum, you are pleasantly surprised by unexpected grandeur. To me it felt like stepping out on Bourbon Street in "Nawlins'". This same unexpected grandeur was also found in the rooms, being so spacious, the subtle distinction between office, kitchenette, bedroom and bath. A pleasant amenity is the large fridge with freezer. Double doors lead to a nice walk in closet/sink area and separate bath and toilet. The female staff, including housekeeping, were always cheerful, polite and helpful. The overall atmosphere was quiet and comforting. The only con (and minor) was that there was never any butter. I love the belgian waffle makers, but I'm a butter guy and I need it for my waffles and toast. They did have cream cheese and some vegetable oil spread, but that's not butter. Location is also convenient, 5 miles straight up the road to the airport, close to several restaurants and Walmart, easy on / off interstate right down the road, close to the city center, etc. Oh, and the cost was super affordable, another big plus! In conclusion, I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone that's needs lodging. "
