"The Villa was clean, including new, unused cookware to accommodate in-villa meals, which we prepared and enjoyed during our 1st Anniversary Celebration. The Staff was quite accommodating and courteous, sharing information and directions as needed. Most of all, we enjoyed our autonomy; no one came around haggling or performing maintenance, leaving us to enjoy our time there. I especially appreciated the staff locating a Villa on the main floor, as a person with physical limitations, before requesting as much; they were very insightful. We are looking forward to returning in the future, ever grateful for the opportunity to share our anniversary and my birthday in an amazing facility. "

"The staff was exceptional however if I can express one of the most obvious things about the hotel is the out dated look. The rooms and overall look need to be updated. The suite was very spacious but could really enhance the stay if it was updated. "
