Southwest Missouri hotel rooms a the Drury Inn & Suites

"Our only complaint was the key card device to open the outside door farthest from the front desk was intermittently inoperative. Having rooms near that exit would have been convenient to be able to come in that way. When we parked near that door we couldn't be sure if we could get in or had to walk through the parking lot to the main entrance. Three of us with 6 key cards and some other guests were affected, so it was the card reader at the door that was the culprit. Our keys still worked on our room doors."

"I guess it was clean enough, but it lacked somethig. The breakfast was not impressive, more “do it yourself” rather than service oriented. Not a great selection. Coffee was either cold or empty. We could not leave fast enough."

"Failed to tell us the water was out due to utility work but came on quickly. Maintenance was fast. Peaceful during off season and middle of the week and plenty of activities."
