"Staff was amazing! Everyone we ran into was super kind and helpful if needed! Very attentive and friendly! Breakfast was pretty good, suggest getting there early as we liked sitting by the window to see the park. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing! It's very upscale but dressing casual wasn't an issue. Got to try waygu and duck. There are lots of delicious options. Room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"There was an unpleasant smell in our room and we couldn't identify what it was. The lobby area had a strong odor of a disinfectant or a cleaning fluid. The sink in our bathroom was draining very slowly like it was partially clogged."
