"Conveniently located in downtown St. Joe overlooking Silver Beach. We had a room facing the city but it was easy to go out the front of the hotel and take advantage of the multiple seating areas across the street. The city does a nice job of making the most of the bluff and turning it into a park like setting. We sat in one of the swinging benches and watch the beautiful sunset. The room was a suite with a sitting area with a desk, full size sofa, TV, and a fridge. The bed was comfortable and had ample pillows. The lobby was a bit confusing coming in front the front since you have to go up the stairs and to the right. Ample parking adjacent to the hotel. We stayed Sunday- Wednesday and was disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open Monday and Tuesday so we never got to experience it. There is a nice continental breakfast that had the usual pastries, coffee, fruit, cereal, but also had bagels with a toaster and usually a hot option (ham n cheese croissant one on day and a quiche the other) The hotel is from the 70’s or 80’s and you can only do so much to hide that fact. One of the elevators was out of order too but we didn’t seem to wait too long, but I think that was because the hotel was at far from 100% occupancy. It might’ve been more problematic is the hotel was full. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The walk ability to Silver Beach, the views, and the downtown shops are this hotels biggest upside."

"I did my reservation thru Hotel.com and for any reason the Hotel can’t see our reservation. The problem with Hotel. com NOT with the Hotel. Hotel.com refund my reservation and I did a new reservation with the hotel directly. The front desk woman was really helpful. My experience was amazing. My room, sheets, towels were clean. Was really quiet and we slept well. We had a great experience."

"The room was kind of dirty the lids in the room had coffee on them the walls were dirty. The blankets and sheets were very disgusting stains and spots all over them The food was eh eggs and sausage patties"

"Pool and hot tub were out of order. Was never mentioned when I was making the reservation. Towels and facial tissue had not been restocked when we entered our room. Had to call front desk. Not the worst place but next time would spend a little extra for a better place."

"Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk to arrive from Waterpark for check in. Wall was leaking , blinds wouldn't go up or down with auto switch that was exposed on wall. AC did not work. I give a 1 star because after about 30 minutes at 430AM did the front desk switch us rooms so we could finally get some sleep. Since all booking is 3rd party, there was absolutely nothing to do about our room outside of switching us for 4 hours. The breakfast looked horrible as well so we didn't even eat that either."
