"It was clean and had free breakfast. I noticed the woman who worked in the morning at breakfast was very pleasant, efficient, and aimed to please all patrons. Check in and checkout was also a pleasant experience. Thank you for a nice stay. Oh, an elevator would be a good investment. "

"I was in Boise for a memorial, not anything touristy. This particular location is in a walkable location for restaurants including Cheesecake Factory and IHOP. The area is clean and safe though with a high volume of traffic. It is quiet at the hotel though, because it is set a ways back from the street. Mine was an in-and-out visit, but the price was right, the room was spotless and I'm grateful for that."

"Vary nice room and quiet and felt safe. The only thing thst could have been better is the coffee. It would have been nice to have some better creamer for coffee and it would be nice to have breakfast. Even just coffee and muffins would be great."
