"This is my go to hotel when I come Jackson for a visit. It is convenient to downtown Jackson and my daughter’s college. Front Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and I slept like a baby at night."

"I had an issue with a couple of staff personnel with attitude which could have been avoided the way they talked to me, the property manager apologized for the interaction.
