"Clean room. Kid loved the indoor pool. Great location to walk to restaurants and a Target. Shoutout to the front desk ladies (specifically in the afternoon when I checked in) their energy and attitude was a nice welcome to start my stay! And was appreciated when I called down with about 7 different questions. A good front desk staff can change your experience and it did for the better. Also there is plentyyy of room behind the hotel for the dogs. "

"This is probably a good property for a small vacation when they aren't busy. I was there for a marathon when it was packed, and check in was a nightmare. None of the rooms were ready at check-in time. By 5:30pm there was still a long line in the lobby with people not checked in, checked into rooms that weren't cleaned, given room keys that didn't work, or given room keys to rooms with guests already in them. If you're going for the annual marathon in town, the last thing you want to be doing is standing on your feet in the lobby at supper time trying to sort out a room. Especially if you're from far enough out of town that you couldn't bring your own food, this could be a massive plan disruption. I couldn't get the tiny instant coffee maker to do more than an espresso shot. The complimentary breakfast they had for "runners" didn't start until 6, but race time was at 7. The rooms were at least relatively nice for the area. If I go again next year, I'll probably either choose a cheaper hotel and accept the annoyances of that or pick one of the branded chain hotels by the mall for a more consistent experience. I can tell the hotel staff tried, but I probably wouldn't risk staying here again."

"I have never atayed in a Hampton Inn lime this one, Hampton Inn has always been are go to, but this was just terrible. The hotel had signs that they were doing renovations. The hotel should have been closed. The lobby was fine but once we got into the elevator it was down hill from there. My wife and I noticed how dirty the elevator was, then we exited to a hallway that had a carpet that had stains all over and garbage (rags) laying on the floor as we walked to our room. We thought, this will be fine once we get in the room. We where mistaken, the furniture was stained and faded, the light on one of the nightstand was flashing like a strobe light, the bathroom floor tile looked dirty, cracked tiles, paint peeling on the wall along with stains, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the bed would make noise if you moved and the air conditioner made so much noise, even when it would stop running it would make noise. Only because we where exhausted from such a long day did way stay. Then the icing on the cake was when we went for breakfast, the eggs didn't taste like anything and were so watery. So I then tried the biscuit and gravy. Again, the gravy had no flavor so I threw the food in the garbage. I had a hard boiled egg and left. I can not recommend this hotel and I hate that the hotel that has been our go to was so bad. This should be closed. "

"The room was nice, clean, and very updated. The breakfast they could work on making the area bigger and serving more of a variety. I did like the water bottle filling station and ice machine. "

"We could hear everything they dropped in the place above us. We heard dorrs slam til midnight and started again around 5 am. We were up on and off all night hearing the noise from above. Water pressure could be better. Shampoo, condit and lotion easily accessible. Breakfast was ok...3 or 4 out of 5."
