"This was my 4th time staying at this hotel. As usual, my room was excellent. The only problem I had was my room was located next to the west door, so it was noisy from people coming in and out of that door at all hours of the day and night. In the past, I was always on the third floor and it was usually peaceful and quiet. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel in the future but perhaps request on the upper floors."

"Nicely updated Inn with microwave and small fridge with freezer in room. Needs a little TLC in rooms as bathroom was not remodeled and tub needed a good cleaning. On busy road, but could not hear road noise with air conditioning running. First room we were assigned the air conditioner was not working, so staff quickly moved us to another room for our stay. Good location in north side of Durango."

"Great, helpful staff. The breakfast was good with ample choices. If you get a room on the east side of the property you may notice some road noise. It’s not unacceptable- just something to be aware of. If you like to walk, there’s a trail by the river and it’s only about 15 minutes to get there. Otherwise it’s a 2 minute drive. Safe with no issues to mention. I would stay there again."

"As much as I hate to reveal this gem, it was wonderful! The property was clean (a little worn) and really accessible walking distance to the historic district. Priced excellent and the staff was great! It’s absolutely my go to location on my next visit."
