"This is the most cleanest hotel. I probably ever stayed at you wouldn’t even know that it was 10 years old. It still smells new looks new. Feels new and the customer service is absolutely out of the world. The rooms are super clean, super roaming and larger than usual rooms my recognition if you don’t need all the space Will still wants a pretty good size room. The standard rooms are large enough. And a fantastic customer service when I checked in from Gary and Rick was absolutely phenomenal. They didn’t just check you in and tell you elevators are down the hall. They actually walk you to the elevators show you where everything is that explain the hours where breakfast is where can you find the fitness room? Where can you find the pool? And even check in with you if they see you again to make sure everything is up for your liking ask about how your room is and so much more… thank you again for going over and beyond and making us feel welcomed. We will see you again."

"The staff was excellent. Check-in process with Faith, as the person helping us, was awesome. The property was well maintained. However, we had issues with our AC in our room. They did send someone and he worked on it for about an hour. It was just a little inconvenient. Valais parking is the only option available. It’s an additional $35 per night. Not having access to my vehicle without going through valet was a pain."
