"It was perfectly fine. I know a lot of reviews for this hotel were either hating it or loving it so I figured I’d fill the “it’s a hotel” niche. Staff that I met was friendly, mind you most everything in the hotel is person-less to some extent. My only complaints are that my room only had a comforter and no sheet beyond the fitted one and when you use the iPad, switching channels on the TV is quite slow. Some of the in room features I didn’t find until I was checking out such as the mini fridge and the under the bed drawer that has more sheets and a physical remote. If you see a silver circle on anything, that is a drawer. The iPad is relatively easy to use and provides some fun sleep ambience that changes the color of lights in the room and plays rain sounds. The perfect hotel for people who get hotels to sleep and don’t spend much time as the room itself is quite small. I heard that the Colorado street facing rooms were quite noisy so I opted for inner courtyard and I didn’t hear a peep from outside."
