"The hotel itself was overall nice. I didn’t like the idea that breakfast was served in the back hotel building given it rained the morning of checkout. Pools were opened late."

"The Staff were all friendly as could be and did everything in their power to help us in every way they could. Unfortunately management was clearly lacking in ability. The property was…to put it kindly, aging ungracefully. The listed on property amenities were not available as advertised. For instance; the property was listed as having room service, AND there was a menu in the room that said on it “room service menu”, but when we called down to order room service, we were told that we had to come down to the restaurant to pick up our order. Staff were all nice though and the trip was relaxing. The property was well positioned for a relaxing weekend on the beach, which we took advantage of. "

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The team goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent service, and it truly shows. No question was too small, and every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The overall atmosphere was inviting and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the property has to offer. It’s refreshing to visit a place where customer service is such a top priority. I would absolutely recommend Wind Creek to anyone looking for a fun, welcoming getaway. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

"The admiral hotel is at a high standard for the other hotels I visited in Mobile, staff is friendly, professional and are willing to help as needed. Food was fresh and delicious. Parking is handled by staff and if you needed your vehicle they will get your vehicle in a timely manner"

"Overall a good place to stay for the location and a lower budget. The room stays cold with the AC, comfy beds with extra pillows, and nice staff. The ice cream shop attached is a nice addition if you want a sweet treat. The rooms could use some detailed cleaning (lamp shades, dusty walls) but the most important parts are very clean. The beach access is across the road, not directly on property. I would definitely recommend this place!"
