"Great front desk service, we only stayed 1 night on our way to Alabama, overall a good stay. Quiet and pleasant room. Breakfast was good, free coffee/tea service available on first floor. Room was clean spacious with great amenities. Only one negative, housekeeping didn’t make the 2nd bed upon our arrival in the evening. Frontdesk was very helpful to give us another room."

"I wish the view was better but everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and it was conviently located to lots of dining options. My biggest complaint is after leaving Dauphin restaurant for dinner, I took a spill off of the curb, the security lady patrolling outside of the hotel saw this occur, and despite me being injured with bloody knees, she never asked my husband or I if we needed help. I don't know if she assumed I fell because I had too much to drink, which wasn't the case because I don't drink, either way, she did not offer any assistance. My husband had to help me back to the hotel despite having difficulty walking. "
