Luxury Hotels in Southside, San Antonio

"Communication with the property was non-existent and when I attempted to ask about early check in I was told no rooms would be ready early but the front desk had no clue what type of room I was booked in as they immediately dismissed me each time I checked back in. I emailed them 2 and 4 days prior to my reservation asking about early check and received a response on my last full day there (day 8) with a link for late checkout. The morning of check out I returned my keys to the front desk and was told I’d receive an email with my final bill. 9 hours later I received a text asking me to please let them know when I’d be checking out and u had to follow up 3 more times to receive a copy of my final bill. The location is great but the hospitality and communication made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. "

"Perfect family destination with a ton of activities to do on the property. The amenities were in great shape. We loved the large pool, waterslides, and lazy river and appreciated that they weren't too deep for our 6 year old. We also took in pickleball, the nature trail, evening bonfires with s'mores and meals at JB's. This place is a gem and super close to Sea World. It was also an easy commute to downtown San Antonio to enjoy the Riverwalk and the Alamo. "
