"1. No prearrival communication. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on "call me when you arrive" was the answer 2. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by.
