"So wasn’t told until I checked in and paid in full that the air conditioning was broken, so I spent 2 nights trying to sleep in a furnace as the fan that was provided was useless, the fridge in the room was also broken so the water they put in there was also warm, an awful experience as I was told it had been down since Friday of last week and the hotel made ZERO effort to let guests know as there wouldn’t have been a hope in hell of me staying there if I had known. This hotel clearly only cares about their bottom line as oddly the AC was working fine in the gym and restaurant but not the rooms. Awful experience, one I won’t be repeating"

"The staff was quite helpful. The breakfast was great. My room was neat and clean. However, I returned to my room after a busy day and found that the "Do Not Disturb" sign had not been honored and housekeeping had entered my room. All my personal belongings were left untouched and the room was freshened so not really a problem this time but still was a bit surprised."

"Perfect location steps away from the central rail station, especially when traveling with lots of luggage. Staff was very polite and eager to help. Room was simple but nice and clean. I didn't get a sense of amenities, so I think they were basic, but I wasn't in the room enough to seek them out anyway. The price was good compared to other hotels in the city centre. Would absolutely stay again!"
