"The staff was helpful and friendly. The front desk, Roberto, hooked me up with a fantastic room. When we needed the shuttle, the coordinator was very informative. The shuttle was clean, our driver Dean was awesome, and it was so nice to use to get to the Fiserv. Room service (Corey/Cody? sorry!) was perfect and rounded out a perfect couples get away for a concert. LOVE THIS PLACE EVERY TIME!!"

Went down to The Knick right inside the hotel and had a couple great appetizers and fantastic drink from the weekly specials menu. Our server, Nick H, was the best! Very engaging and entertaining! Overall, my stay was 5 stars because that's the treatment I was given "
