"Ok ,1st the hospitality was great upon arrival, bell hop was super helpful, check in was lovely, fast and efficient.
Then I needed hand soap, and this became a 16hr long request, when I finally spoke to the day manager, who I asked the day before her apology was scripted. Still not resolved and didn’t take the time to actually listen to me. Jessica at the front desk was fantastic, she listened and we got to the conclusion that the hand and bath wash is the same product, just I only had one in my tub/shower. And not one on the “wall” by my wash sink, which could’ve been over looked due to new construction. The bar staff has been very friendly!The pool bar does charge a 20% on tab, but no other F&B did and I was not notified of this, in the bartender defense she recon cash tip from me, and said she didn’t add the auto gratuity and offered to give it back, due to us tipping her in cash, which of course I DENIED! She was great. However for such a new place IF management would take time to listen to the new guests , some of these things will further help ensure 100% satisfaction! That was our 1st night , we have 3 more."
