"Pool area too small for seating pool too small. No hot tub. Extremely noisy. Tv channels boring"

"Super friendly staff. We loved the free cocktails and the breakfast. We did not take advantage of the dinner, because we wanted to explore the city food/restaurants. Centrally located, parking on premise that you have to pay for but that was okay. Will stay again."

"I had no issues staying at this hotel. They have Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Lotion as well a blow dryer. They had a little Kerig with a couple coffee cups, but you had to use either faucet water or water you brought yourself. The room also has a little fridge. I loved the historic look of the place and the classic music adds to the vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful for our first time being there. The grounds also has security staff. The only issue is the one elevator not working. I will probably stay again when I need to be in the area."

"Room was fine, but definitely not the most up to date. No lotion, just shampoo and conditioner and a bar soap. Towels were scratchy. Has to check in at a different location than where the room was. Loud beeping alarm the entire stay at the entrance. Walls are super thin. Could hear the family with children in the room next door very clearly."

"The rooms and lobby are beautifully decorated. You can tell someone put a lot of effort and love into the unique setup and design. The checking in process was easy and the lady was congenial. The valet parking attendant and bartender were also very friendly. We loved it and would stay there again. Warning - if you get a $20 food and beverage credit, make sure they give you the "gift card" when you check in. We didn't think about the credit until the next morning. When we asked the woman at the desk about the credit, she briskly told us it didn't work for breakfast. Other than that experience, it was truly a nice place to stay."

"Check in was very smooth and of course the warm cookies were amazing. They also have a gluten free option now for those that are interested. My room was clean and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my shower door and maintenance handled it immediately. My only issue was the website says there's an airport shuttle but that's not so. Apparently it hasn't been a thing for 2 years. I had to Lyft which wasn't terrible because the hotel is only about 10 mins from the airport. But if someone wasn't expecting and didn't have the extra $40rt that could be problematic"
