"Convenient to the convention center and restaurants. The exterior needs a good power washing, dull stained concrete. Room had a view of the rooftop, kind of depressing. Arrived a couple of hours before check in and had to wait until check in. It has been awhile since I have experienced that. Carpet in the hallway was loose and needs to be stretched or replaced. Parking $15 a day was reasonable."
