"It was a quick overnight stay and it fit the need. The room was clean, the bed mattresses were not very comfortable, and the breakfast was fine, Coffee was good and in good supply. The property could use a makeover or update. The pool was out of service. "

"The first room smelled so bad of Marijuana smoke we asked for a different one. The nexted one had what looked like urine stains on the comforter. Some of the clientele that stayed there were less than ideal. They showed up to breakfast pushing by my family waiting in line. And they smelled very bad that we left without eating. This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this location and the last. "

"WE WERE ROBBED. Since we were on the road with a pickup truck and a U-Haul (moving from suburban Washington, DC to Central Florida), I asked the lady at the front desk if it was safe to park on their property as we checked in at around 10:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2026, and she confirmed that yes it was. When we awoke and went to leave at about 10:00 AM on Monday, March 30, 2026, we realized that someone had ripped open the protective cover on the back of our pick up truck, and had stolen a suitcase, a $250 Vornado vintage-style fan, and had damaged our tool box. We immediately informed the front desk, and they told us to call the police. They did nothing else. An officer appeared shortly thereafter, and he informed us that it was the second time in a week that he had gone to that hotel because of a robbery. We went behind the hotel into the woods to search for our items, since the officer told us that sometimes thieves dump what they've stolen. Luckily, we found our suitcase with its contents spread about. However, the Tornado fan was nowhere to be found. Since then, the hotel had refused to reimburse us for the night we stayed there, and much less for the stolen fan. On top of that, Hotels.com did reach out to them, but nothing came of it. I cannot be more vehement: DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL."

"The check in process was so fast, our room was nice, I did notice some hair on our bathroom floor, and we had a handicap room and the second tv would not work, we tried multiple times and it would go to the channel under the live tv option then just go black. "
