Best breakfast lay out and the coffee perfect! Best coffee in the whole trip! Staff friendly and helpful! Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, short walk to the ski lifts of Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Amazing views and rid up there for both skiers and non- skiers! Complimentary electric shuttle to hotel from train and return. "

"I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. The pool kept the kids busy. Once I felt better I appreciated the location. It’s right near the lake and an easy walk to the center."
