"Front desk staff checking in very polite and attentive, gave several options for dining as we arrived late we missed the fine dining but enjoyed the food at the fireside, then went up to the pool and enjoyed the hot tubs both inside and outside very nice. One complaint was in the room not sure if it was just the sheets or towels as well but didn’t seem to be cleaned very well as the bed had a little stain in the sheets but then there was also quite a bit of hair from a previous guest, which is never a pleasant experience, we stayed in the suite which to my surprise was actually really big!! I did not expect the size of it as it was very spacious but the downside is it did not get cold and stayed really hot, not sure if the a/c even really worked. Then right at 1030 housekeeping was banging on the door and when I answered she responded saying it was time to checkout. Overall enjoyed the stay with just some interruptions.."

"We love the history of the place. Having presidents as well as Molly Brown have stayed there is pretty cool! It is also in a beautiful and convenient location across from the hot springs and close to town. We enjoy sitting by the fire outside in the evening enjoying drinks from the bar. The restaurant as great food as well."
