"The motel is in a great location and reasonably priced. Rooms have outdoor patios overlooking the Rogue river. It's within walking distance to the renovated oldtown area with shops and great restaurants. Rooms were clean and updated with new fixtures and amenities. Staff was very friendly and made excellent restaurant suggestions. The full breakfast was delicious with indoor and outdoor seating, and an attendant. We have stayed there in the past and will come back again."

"The room was a good size with nice amenities. The bathroom shower was very small. It was difficult to turn around in the shower. The shower curtain did not prevent the water from getting onto the bathroom floor. Even though the hotel is located on the busy street, and my room was facing the street, the room was fairly quiet. It did not bother me."

"Quiet and comfortable with a good convenient location, a quick drive for us to downtown restaurants and Lithia Park. My only gripe were the single thin bar of soap that had to be moved from sink to tub to sink. Kinda cheap. Breakfast was fair as expected. Powdered eggs, weak coffee but it served its purpose. Overall good value."
