"Handicapped room was good. I had some trouble closing the bathroom door because there wasn't much room to close the door and get my wheelchair in. But I really appreciated the prompt delivery of a shower chair when I asked for one. It is an older property, so the carpet is worn, with a few stains. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was minimal and the juice was warm! The price was excellent!"

"Lots of variety for breakfast. Everything was great. I discovered (this was our 3rd visit) that the elevator to the lover level opens right on to the creek, and close to shops . More importantly, you can take it back up to your room and avoid walking up the hill! Staff very friendly."

My only complaint is that the book in process is always a crapshoot rooms are given away willy-nilly if you don’t show up exactly on time or you show up too late or you even show up for only one day of your reservation, they give us the whole thing away. Travel insurance is too difficult to get money back from And the hotel never honors anything that’s done on hotels.com or Expedia so I am in a nightmare of trying to get money back after paying for a hotel twice and I’ve been stranded in town for three days because I gave everything I had to not lose a hotel room I already paid for. I booked three nights. It did not arrive until the second night. The entire reservation was canceled and I was not rebooked anywhere."
