"We chose this property for our recent trip to Toronto as the property came highly recommended. Unfortunately our experience did not live up to expectation. Our bed had blood stained sheets and the response by management was deplorable. We brought it to their attention and was met with a response with an undertone of blame. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the Downtown Toronto area and this was immensely disappointing. "

"Price is reasonable, good location except for the parking but you can always drop your suitcase at the check in and then park your vehicle. It doesn't have a magnifying mirror for your make up and you don't have access to the balcony, it's always locked."
