"The property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and tourist spots. The property is clean, well maintained and is safe. The online staff is helpful and responded quickly to my inquiries. I highly recommend this property primarily due to its location."

"Everything was wonderful. Staff extremely helpful in every instance. Room is very clean and a nice size. My only negative comment is that for a hotel with this rating it would be nice if the lobby bar is available for a late nightcap. Apparently the bar hour is coordinated with the restaurant hours It’s nice for those who would like to enjoy a lounge atmosphere before retiring to your room."

"The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better."
