"Martina at the front desk is the best, breakfast is excellent, 2 blocks away from Milano Centrale, and the room was clean and spaciuos."

"Room was quite small and dark, felt like a university dorm. Location wise it was great, right next to the station but i wouldn't say that this is a 4 star hotel. The shower pressure was really weak and it kept hissing, every other second it was change between scorching hot and then cold, the stand/bar which holds the shower head was also broken and loose from the wall. "

"Although I asked, I got no help with my luggage to my room, The breakfast staff seems unhappy with their jobs, they give you attitude for any question, no one smiles here. I can only say thanks to the lady that offered me to recharge my phone at the lobby and to the one accepted me do late check out "
