"The hotel is only 4 minutes from Kyoto station. The rooms were nice and well maintained. The hotel had a public onsen which was do nice and convenient. As an American, we found the pillows hard but they provided us with softer ones at our request. Highly recommend. "

"Location: Fabulous! Love it! About 1-2 mins away from the Kyoto Station so it’s very convenient. Would stay here again for my Kyoto trips. Room: Smallish but had everything I need plus a king sized bed. 2 of the 4 pillows were thin and somewhat hard - difficult to describe. Bathroom: Toilet seat was not heated but everything else was ok. Check in was quick and uncomplicated with the small counter and helpful staff. Check out was a breeze. I simply dropped my keycard to their designated box."
