"Came in and the room was dusty. We had 5 people staying in the sweet, which they asked us about at the front desk. The room didn’t have any pillows or sheets for the pull out sofa. We attempted to call the front desk, but the phone was not operational. We had to go down to the front desk to get sheets, but were told there were no pillows available. Then we turned on the tv, a Hi-Sense Roku television with an LG tv remote. Needless to say, the remote didn’t work. That caused trip two to the front desk since the phone didn’t work. They gave us a generic Roku remote that, upon returning to the room didn’t work. Trigger trip 3 to the front desk where we received an explanation that they don’t have Hisense televisions in the rooms and don’t have a remote. They finally called housekeeping, which once I reached the room had just dropped off another remote. Thankfully that one worked, because they left before checking if it worked or not."
