"It was a last minute trip to Effingham to see family & enjoy the lake. The beds were comfortable we had a balcony room which was nice. Some down falls that could’ve made the trip better but didn’t completely ruin the trip. The shower was stuck on so filling the bath for the kids was less then ideal, the breakfast wasn’t great at all, the tv didn’t work at first after trying everything I finally went and ask staff to come fix it which she did, but the hallways smelled of weed and smoke for being in a non smoking room."

"The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. We had small children with us and were hoping to check-in early to get some nap time. They were able to get both joining rooms available for us! It was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the fitness gym during our stay."

"The front desk was very nice and helpful the hotel is being remolded but clean. Itwas clean and the Ac blow cold, the breakfast was good for a hotel with different items.Also was in a nice safe area , easy access to the interstate and stores and restaurants me and wife both said we would stay here again"

"Service was good. Rooms were as expected for the price. However, one room had a bad smell that I think was coming from the tub. Swimming pool was not good. Very cloudy water and smelled of algae. Overall not bad for the price."
