"Great atmosphere and location. I came for a conference at Jacks Urban Meeting Place. It was an easy walk. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping options nearby. I enjoyed dinner downstairs as well as a drink, and the Highlander bar on the roof was a great place for a group get together after the meeting. Fire pits made it tolerable on the roof despite being fairly cool outside."

"Hotel staff very friendly, beds clean and comfy . The pool and hot tub was very nice and clean but the towels were very old. The breakfast had poor selection, no fruit, no oatmeal. "
