Beach Hotels in Southern Highlands, New South Wales

"The Manager on desk was just lovely. Very helpful and such a nice lady. I don’t think the male cleaners are doing a good job. Walls were dirty coffee drips on walls. The pillows need throwing out. No pillow protectors and they smelt.cleaner was mopping floor while we were having breakfast. Could be a great place to stay. Air conditioner not working and the room so hot. Place was just not professional except for manager at front desk"

"The view was obtructed by a roof. For the price we were charged, we believe the place should be in better condition. The quality of the mattress was below standards. However, the staff was superfriendly!"

"Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room had an unpleasant smell, the fridge was not working, and the carpet was very dirty. The cabinets were outdated and the overall condition of the room did not feel clean. The air conditioner was located only in the hallway, so both bedrooms were extremely hot. The area was also very noisy, and we were unable to sleep properly. Because of the cleanliness concerns, we didn’t feel comfortable using most of the facilities in the room. Communication was good by email Not by phone . "
