2/10 Terrible

"Bathroom smelled like raw sewage or rotten fish / dead animal.. maybe the P-trap or sewer system has a problem or maybe it really is animal-related. Room was never cleaned properly over 3 days. Amazingly bad homeless and addicts in the area. Worst neighborhood situation ever. All that aside, the restaurant was awesome and the front desk staff super friendly. But whatever causes that smell needs to be fixed."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, the location was inconvenient, and the facilities were extremely limited. Basic amenities that are normally expected in a hotel were missing, such as bottled water, slippers, and other essential items. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet even the minimum standards I would expect, and I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made."

"Arrived late after a long day of traveling and checked him to find the bathroom floor covered in about a half inch of water from somewhere. The staff moved us to a different room that had a different layout - two small beds, instead of one large one. The overall experience was acceptable, but could’ve been much better."
