"Second time staying here for my child’s swim meet at the Grandview Heights Aquatic Center. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with really nice views. The beach is close by and great for a relaxing walk. We’d definitely come back again."

"The room was newly updated, modern, and very comfortable. The airport shuttle was confusing on arrival ,no signs or schedule at the airport or online. At the hotel, though, the schedule was clearly posted, the shuttle ran on time, and the driver was very friendly. I arrived at 12:30pm and asked about early check-in, but was quoted $60 even though check-in is at 3 pm. I would’ve preferred being told the room wasn’t available. Overall, an excellent stay. Great location close to the subway. I’d stay here again. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The highlight of my stay was the pool and the hot tub... I would definitely come back! The resort fee is a bit annoying given that I didn't go to the casino and the buffet was closed. I'm not sure what that fee is for "
