"The room was dirty, with weird stains and suspicious hairs everywhere. They give hardly any shower gel/shampoo- we had to use hand soap gel for the rest of our showers! The toilet and paper are literally IN the shower, so everything gets soaked. Nowhere to hang your towels. The doors don't lock. Everything was sticky and just gross, and the heat was on WAY too high in February - we had to open our window to stop sweating!! "An outside construction was in progress during my stay. Quite unpleasant, just outside of my window. At the arrival, I received a bottle of Italian Frizzante, as an apology. Nice gesture. Bed was confortable, room was clean. However, drain in the shower did not work well. Breakfast was OK, but with pastry few days old. Check out was not very pleasant, basically ruined my stay. I was left with mixed feelings."
