"The hotel is well run with very good customer service. On the last morning of our stay the waitor from Somalia gave better than great service and made my family feel extra special and welcome. The only small drawback was the check in staff did not know about the daily chess happening close by at the library. This is a great initiative and a chess lovers dream. The hotel should be aware of this great idea and advertise it to interested guests. "

"The breakfast offered was excellent in a spacious setting making it more enjoyable. Room was also very good, comfortable and quiet; however, did not like being charged 20 Euros for checking in 2 hours early when the room was obviously ready to be occupied. First time I have experienced this charge."

During our stay, it was close to Superterassi event area which was a great experience to be with the locals. Overall, it was a great choice to stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts & for the price…it was worth it. "
