While some staff members may not speak English fluently, they are genuinely kind and always do their best to assist guests. You may notice that the property is a bit older, but it is very well maintained and kept clean. The location is excellent, with direct access to the mall and the metro, making it very convenient. There are also endless dining and shopping options nearby."
