"Hot tub was cold, pool was ice cold, staff was not friendly and house keeping didn’t clean our room one time and we were there 6 nights. "

"We love to stay here when we go to Disney! Park is 20mins walking straight down the street, or 5 mins away by uber. Staff is polite, we got a room with no AC and they immediately moved us to another. Food locations nearby, everything is walking distance. "

"House keeping did not clean my room Very disappointing when coming back on my 2nd day of stay the room wasn’t clean no new towel etc. "

"Rooms are nicely decorated. Not what I was expecting for this chain. They were also clean and looked well maintained, at least for my floor. Maybe it's been recently renovated. I'm unsure. You're not staying in the hustle and bustle of downtown LA, but with all the other surrounding hotels, there's plenty of dining options you can easily walk to. Despite the proximity to the airport, I could see the runways from my upper floor, noise was not an issue. The elevator was different. You selected your floor and the system tells you what elevator to get on. Odd to get on an elevator with no (accessible) buttons. Also tricky if you select the wrong floor, like I did, but staff was on the elevator too and rerouted it for me, without me hoping off."

"Room was clean, love that they gave us 2 bottles of water and staff was friendly. Didn't like having to pay for parking, paying a resort fee for amenities that I didn't use or that I could hear the nearby club or bars music pounding past 1am and that was all the way up on the 9th floor."
