"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Meyerhof. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel room was comfortable and well-maintained, giving the feeling that the hotel truly invests in its guests’ comfort. I also appreciated the nice hospitality touches, such as the free tea and coffee machine. The town centre is very close by. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "The room was nice and tidy, and the area was great. The customer service was extremely slow. We did not get an email about how to check in and had to call up to get access to the room. After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either. "
